So that we can maintain our network, we’ll need to carry out repairs and upgrades. Here we explain how we’ll keep you informed and how you can input to our plans.
Managing work on our water network
At times, we'll need to carry out repairs and upgrades of our network, but we’ll always try to minimise disruption to your customer. If our short-term planned work is likely to affect your customer, we’ll share our plans on our In Your Area pages where you can also provide feedback.
We’ll also need to carry out maintenance projects over longer periods of time. You'll be able to check our plans in your secure login area, and we encourage you to read and respond to our plans so we can work together to minimise disruptions to service.
In addition, we may need to carry out repairs on pipes or to prevent more severe issues from developing. While we work hard to minimise disruption on the network, if such work is likely to affect water services to your customer we’ll share information through our In Your Area service.
Getting your views
So that we can react to events in the best way, we make plans for drought and dry weather situations, as well as longer-term water resource management plans. We welcome input from those operating within our supply area and we'll consider all comments before a published consultation response deadline. You can view the plan and find out how to input here.
